pak34 Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, depositing funds or placing any bet on pak34, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products available on pak34, including Slots, Slot Games, Live Casino, Sports Betting (Cricket, PSL, Football, Esports), VIP rewards and any promotional offers. Using any feature of the platform constitutes acceptance.

2 Eligibility

To register and play on pak34, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pak34 does not permit anyone under 18 to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be using the platform of your own free will and not be under any form of compulsion.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from pak34.
• You must provide accurate, truthful personal information during registration and at any point when verification is requested.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must:

• Provide your real full name as it appears on your CNIC or other valid identification.
• Provide a valid mobile number and email address that you own and can access.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with anyone else.
• Notify pak34 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

pak34 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Accounts that do not complete verification within the requested timeframe may have withdrawal access restricted until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on pak34 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• JazzCash – Mobile wallet deposits processed instantly
• Easypaisa – Mobile wallet deposits processed instantly
• Raast – Government-backed instant bank transfer
• Bank Transfer – Direct transfer from any Pakistani bank account
• Mobile Wallets – Other supported local mobile wallet services

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary depending on your payment method and account verification status.

pak34 does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your deposit, wherever possible. pak34 charges zero fees on all withdrawals.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Processed within 30 minutes under normal conditions
• Raast: Near-instant once approved
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete identity verification (KYC). This is a one-time requirement. Subsequent withdrawals will be processed according to the timelines above once your account is verified.

pak34 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any large withdrawal. This is a security measure to protect players and the platform.

6 Bonus & Promotions

pak34 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on Slots, cashback and PSL special offers. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page.

The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions on pak34:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on bonus funds unless stated otherwise.
• Different game types may contribute different percentages towards meeting wagering requirements — Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account after the expiry date.
• pak34 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through bet hedging, low-risk wagering strategies or collusion with other players will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.

7 Gaming Rules

All games available on pak34 — including Slots, Live Casino and Sports Betting — operate under their own specific rules. In all cases, the following general gaming rules apply:

• Game outcomes for Slots and Casino games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are independent and cannot be influenced by previous outcomes.
• Sports betting odds are set at the time of bet placement and are final for settled bets, except in cases of obvious errors (see below).
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome or odds display, pak34 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This decision is final.
• Bets placed on Cricket, PSL, T20 matches, Football and Esports markets are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes apply across all game types and are displayed within each game or market.

pak34 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to all games at all times. Scheduled maintenance, provider outages or network issues may temporarily affect game availability. Bets that are open at the time of a critical outage will be handled according to our technical incident policy.

8 Responsible Gaming

pak34 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gaming should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a financial solution. We strongly encourage all players to set a personal budget before playing and stick to it.

The following tools are available to every pak34 player at no cost and with no waiting period:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account or receive promotional communications.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net session result.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pak34 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using software bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to exploit bonuses, games or betting markets
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit software vulnerabilities
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud
• Depositing funds from payment methods not registered in your own name
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards support staff or other players

10 Account Termination

You may close your pak34 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

pak34 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that:

• Is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more)
• Has failed to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Is linked to fraudulent, abusive or prohibited activity

In cases of termination due to breach of terms, pak34 is not obligated to return bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus activity. Real-money deposits may be returned at pak34's discretion following an investigation.

11 Privacy & Data

pak34 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on pak34, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing and, with your consent, marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

12 Changes to Terms

pak34 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date shown at the top.

For significant changes that affect how you use the platform or your rights as a player, we will notify you via the pak34 app notification or a site banner. Continued use of the platform after the updated terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with updated terms, you should stop using pak34 and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
